FAQ

1) Do you deliver or we have to pick up?

Delivery to Auckland metro area while there is no appliance(kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) in the order(Please check our Shipping Guide for the suburbs included): $9 per delivery. Free shipping for orders over $99 in such scenario.

Please note that there is an extra charge for appliances (kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) regardless of order total. The extra charge depenos on the weight, volume of the appliance(s) and your address. (For example, $50 for a chest freezer in Auckland metro area). Hence, if your order include any appliance, please choose this option in the 'Shipping Method' step. Continue to place the order but don't pay for the order - we'll let you know the shipping cost soon. If you are not satisfied with it, you are free to cancel the order (or just don't pay it). There is no Obligation.

Pick up option is available if:

a) You made an appointment with us in advance;

b) Your order is paid before 5PM  on the day before (Online transfer needs extra time to confirm the payment);

c) You come between 10AM and 12PM, Tuesday - Saturday (We are close on Sunday and Monday)

Please do contact us to make a booking before you come - we need time to prepare your order after receiving the payment.

2) Do you have Contactless Delivery?

Yes, our driver will knock your door and then leave the groceries on your doorstep. If there is a specific place you’d like your food and groceries left please let us know in the "Delivery Instructions" field in checkout.

3) How long does it take for delivery?

At this stage, we work from Tuesday to Saturday. No Delivery on Sunday and Monday.
Daily cut-off time is 3PM. If you place and pay your order before 3PM, we will delivery it to your address in about 2 Working Days. 

4)Some of products in my order are not delivered

Unfortunately we are facing short supply these days. For items that are not delivered we will provide shopping voucher with 10% price bonus with your delivery. Please keep the unique voucher code safe and redeem in your next purchase. If you do not want a voucher, please email us the invoice number, voucher code and your bank account number for refund. 5) Are your products in stock?

If you can add something into cart, then it is in stock. No need to check with us before ordering. The only exception is pre-sale items which has a significant Red 'Pre-sale' ribbon.

6) Why no one answers me in your Phone/Wechat?

Really sorry we are extremely busy to fulfill your orders, and we don't have enough staff to do real time customer service. Please do tell us by contact us或email us. We'll respond as soon as we can.

7) How much is the minimum amount of an order?

NO minimum order value - feel free to place your orders.

8) Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, NO PICK UP AVAILABLE at this stage.
