Contactless Delivery

Our driver will knock on your door and then leave the groceries on your doorstep. If there is a specific place you’d like your groceries left please tell us in the "Delivery Instructions" field in checkout.

Delivery Time

At this stage, we work from Tuesday to Saturday. No Delivery on Sunday and Monday.

Daily cut-off time is 3PM. If you place and pay your order before 3PM, we will delivery it to your address in about 2 Working Days.

Delivery Fee

Delivery to Auckland metro area while there is no appliance(kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) in the order (Please check our Shipping Guide for the suburbs included): $9 per delivery. Free shipping for orders over $99 in such scenario.

Please note that there is an extra charge for appliances (kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) regardless of order total. The extra charge depenos on the weight, volume of the appliance(s) and your address. (For example, $50 for a chest freezer in Auckland metro area). Hence, if your order include any appliance, please choose this option in the 'Shipping Method' step. Continue to place the order but don't pay for the order - we'll let you know the shipping cost soon. If you are not satisfied with it, you are free to cancel the order (or just don't pay it). There is no Obligation.

Pick up 

Pick up option is available if:

a) You made an appointment with us in advance;

b) Your order is paid before 5PM  on the day before (Online transfer needs extra time to confirm the payment);

c) You come between 10AM and 12PM, Tuesday - Saturday (We are close on Sunday and Monday)

Please do contact us to make a booking before you come - we need time to prepare your order after receiving the payment.

What happens next?

Once you click the 'Submit' button, your enquiry will be sent to us. As a result, we will create a 'Service Ticket' for you. We'll confirm with you by Text Message and/or Email that we have been notified.

Your enquiries (the Service Tickets) are then categorized and allocated to different staff, who will then find the solutions and get back to you asap.

Not like the call center where only limited number of people are sitting there all day only to answer your call, Service Tickets are handled by more staff in different departments.

By this way, we can make sure that your enquiries will be handled by the right person, directly and efficiently.
